Going Green - Solar Hot Water 

Solar hot water is the way of the future, and there are some excellent rebates available at the moment to help offset the cost of changing your existing hot water service to a solar HWS system. 

 

Certain criteria applies, and the Governments have allocated a budgeted figure for this scheme, so please contact us for further information to see if you are eligible for these rebates, before the budget is exhausted.  RECS (Renewable Energy Certificates) and VEECs (Victorian Energy Efficiency Certificates) are money back schemes which will also help offset the cost of purchasing a solar hot water system, and make the transition a very affordable one.

Most if not all brands of Solar HWS products are available to us, but the brands we have found to be most suitable in quality, price and practicality, are Rinnai, Rheem.

 

Rinnai Rinnai have a wide range of gas and electric boosted systems.  Integrating the popular Rinnai Infinity as the booster for their gas boosted systems means you will never runout of hot water, and we have found their Sunmaster range to be extremely popular.
Rheem Rheem also have gas and electric boosted systems, and are also the producers of the electric Heat Pump style water heater, which is suited to homes that don't have gas available and also for the fact they don't require collector panels on the roof to collect the suns rays, as they withdraw ambient heat from the air.
